The classic is equipped with a steam cooking basket, eco -ode meter glass and recipe books, its bottom is suitable for any hob including induction floors.

Operating valve - in steel

It comes into operation by gradually releasing the steam once the internal pressure reaches the pre -established cooking temperature.

Leverblock®

Safety piston that under pressure climbs and blocks the lid. Avoid accidental openings until all steam has been downloaded from the pot.

Safety valve

It comes into operation, leaving excess steam out.
