Sales conditions


These General Conditions of Sale (the "General Conditions") governs the methods and conditions of sale of the products marketed by Casabella Milano S.a.s of Gorla Giulio and Stefano, hereinafter Casabella Milano. All contracts for the sale of products by Casabella Milano to third parties are governed by these General Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part of each proposal, order and confirmation of the purchase order of the products themselves. The conditions of sale applicable to the order are those in force on the date of the order itself.

Products, prices and characteristics

Unless otherwise indicated, the prices of the products published by Casabella Milano must be understood inclusive of VAT. The prices of the products from time to time published by Casabella Milano cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of the products. Casabella Milano reserves the right to confirm, or to modify the prices of the products published on its website or in information brochures and advertising material, at the time of confirmation of the customer order. The prices published on the website can differ from the prices of the same products at the Casabella Milano store, as they refer to limited stocks and dedicated exclusively to the electronic commerce channel
The technical and functional characteristics relating to the products published by Casabella Milano through its promotional messages and information brochures are those communicated by their respective producers. Casabella Milano assumes no responsibility for the truthfulness and completeness of such information. The images of the products are indicative and not binding.
The products are not supplied on test. Although the operators of Casabella Milano can provide indications on the characteristics of the products, the customer is responsible for the choice of the products ordered and the compliance and conformity of the specifications indicated by each manufacturer to their needs.

Orders - billing

All orders for the purchase of products transmitted to Casabella Milano must be complete in all their parts and will have to contain all the elements necessary for the correct identification of the products ordered. Each order of products sent to Casabella Milano constitutes a contractual proposal of the customer and, therefore, will be binding for Casabella Milano only if it confirmed by the same for acceptance. The escape of the order by Casabella Milano is equivalent to confirmation and acceptance of the same.
Casabella Milano reserves the right to cancel orders made and unpaid after 10 days from the date of the order. In the event of non -execution of the order by Casabella Milano (if the same is due to unavailability of the products ordered by the Customer), Casabella Milano will soon inform the customer, reimbursing the sums from these already paid in the face of the supply not performed. In this case, the Customer will not be entitled to any refund or to compensation or compensation of any kind.
The tax documentation relating to the products ordered will be issued by Casabella Milano and can be requested by the customer. If the customer is the owner of the VAT number and wishes to receive electronic invoice in his own name, he must request it and indicate the heading of the invoice in the order.

Delivery of products

The delivery terms indicated by Casabella Milano as the order confirmation (standard timing: 2/3 working days from the reception of the order, unless limited to limited operations in the destination areas) refer to the products present at its warehouses and, although carefully evaluated, they must be understood not binding for Casabella Milano, which can subsequently confirm or modify them, according to its actual needs. Any delays in deliveries lower than 30 (thirty) days do not entitle the customer to refuse the delivery of the products, nor to claim compensation or compensation of any kind.
The expenses, for direct shipments in Italy, amount to 7.90 euros for orders lower than 59 euros, at 0 euros for orders of a higher overall amount. The expenses for foreign shipments will be binding before the client confirmation. At the time of the courier's delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check: - that the number of hills corresponds to what is indicated in the vector delivery bulletin; - that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or in any case altered.

The existence of any damage or the failure to correspondence with the number of hills must be immediately contested by the courier by means of a specific annotation in the delivery bulletin: "retreat with reserve". It is understood that in case of failure to protest the customer accepts the goods delivered to him. The goods travel at risk of the recipient even if sold in a frank port. The risks deriving from transport are insured. Any problems relating to the integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 24 hours to the email address info@casabellamilano.it. In the event of failure to withdraw within 5 working days of the material in stock at the courier warehouses deriving from the impossibility of delivery to the delivery indicated by the Customer, the purchase order will be automatically canceled. If the customer manifested the desire to receive the goods again, the shipping costs will be entirely charged (the return costs causes stock and those of the new shipment). Casabella Milano has the right to carry out the delivery of the products (also relating to the same order) in several successive deliveries. Special delivery conditions and terms must be previously agreed between the customer and Casabella Milano and accepted in writing by Casabella Milano.

Payment of products / bank transfer

The customer can make a transfer to Casabella Milano S.a.s, support bank: Banca Intesa San Paolo, Iban:  It82m0306909624100000001545, indicating the order number in the reason. To anticipate shipping times, the customer must send a copy via email to info@casabellamilano.it
Credit card: direct payment can be made by credit cards participating in the Visa, Mastercard and American Express circuits; Payment takes place directly on secure server, via Shopify Payments in order to guarantee the absolute safety of transactions. The orders paid by credit card are those evaded faster.

Delivery times are indicated in the shipments. Delivery times are intended to confirm the payment and not from the order; Delivery means as a departure date from our warehouses and not the date of arrival.

Special offers and gifts

Any special offers promoted by Casabella Milano are valid until the stocks are exhausted and, in any case, are subject to the actual availability of the related products in the head of Casabella Milano. The special offers proposed by Casabella Milano are not combinable. The products on special offer could be in promotional packs.

Product guarantees - Assistance
