Shipments 

DELIVERY TIME

We give the best to try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, all orders are prepared with the utmost care and shipped from the warehouse of our store in Milan with these timing:
ITALY
  • 2 /4 days Work in order to process and send your order throughout Italy, deliveries are placed from Monday to Friday.
  • 1 /2 days Work in order to process and send your order to Milan City, deliveries are placed from Monday to Saturday.

    We are open on Monday from 15.00 to 19.00, from Tuesday to Saturday from 09.30 to 13.30 and from 15.00 to 19.00.

    During the holidays the evasion time can be slightly prolonged. If the order was placed during the weekend or on a public holiday, we will start processing your agenda on the next working day.

    Casabella Milano S.a.s cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays (e.g. strikes, logistical problems due to branches, etc.).

    SHIPPING COST

    ITALY

    Shipments throughout the Italian territory for equal orders or higher than 59 euros are free, for orders lower than 59 euros amount to € 7.90. 

    Rendered 

    Return a product is possible: if you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

    You will have to take care of the return shipment, which will be at your expense, once we receive the product made, we will reimburse in the shortest possible time. The return shipment must be made towards:

    In case of defective or damaged product, You will have to report it via email to info@casabellamilano.it within 14 days of receipt, attaching images of the damage or defect to the product and, if damaged, of the packaging. Once the documentation provided and approved the return has been verified, it will be our concern to collect the product and resort to one intact.

    Make sure the items are rendered in new conditions, not used, with the original labels and within the packaging received on delivery. Returns that do not satisfy our policy will not be accepted and will not be replaced. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly on Casabellamilano.it

    Reimbursement

    When will it receive my refund?

    Casabella Milano will control the quality of the product rendered and emit reimbursement only if it meets the conditions of the return policies. Returns are possible only on purchases made directly on Casabellamilano.it. You will receive a refund with the same payment method used for the original purchase, in the shortest possible time.
    Reimbursement times may vary according to the different payment methods.
