Convivio is a line of professional cookware by Alessi, made of trilamina, luxury workmanship in steel cookware (AISI 430, aluminium, 19/10 stainless steel) suitable for all hobs.
The handles are made of 18/10 stainless steel and the bottom is made of magnetic steel.
Convivio was born from a dialogue between the Pritzker prize winner David Chipperfield and the starred chef Pietro Leemann. Pots, saucepans, pans and kitchen tools were developed with the aim of creating a versatile, high-performance set that could accompany food from preparation to table service. The name reflects the convivial joy of cooking, combining aesthetics, elegance and functionality.
