ALESSI - LONG CASSEROLE CM 16
The series of 18/10 stainless steel pans designed by Jasper Morrison for Alessi, magnetic steel base suitable for all hobs, excellent for induction cooking. A clean and linear design, characterized by the three-armed lid knob, useful for inserting wooden ladles and lifting the lid without burning yourself. The walls are made of high thickness steel, which guarantees excellent thermal diffusion over the entire body of the pan.
