Sales conditions


These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (General Conditions ") govern the methods and conditions of sale of products marketed by Casabella Milano S.a.s by Gorla Giulio and Stefano, later Casabella Milano. All contracts for the sale of products by Casabella Milano to third parties are regulated by these General Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part of each proposal, order and order confirmation of the products themselves. Products, prices and features

Products are not supplied under test. Orders - Billing

All orders for purchasing products transmitted to Casabella Milano must be complete in all parts and will have to contain all the elements necessary for the correct identification of the ordered products. Product delivery

The existence of any damage or the lack of correspondence of the number of packages must be immediately disputed to the courier by means of a special record of the delivery slip: "Withdrawal with reserve". It is understood that in the event of failure to dispute the customer accepts the goods delivered to him. The goods travel at risk and danger of the recipient even if sold in Porto Franco. The risks deriving from transport are insured. Any problems concerning the integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 24 hours at the e-mail address info@casabellamilano.it. In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in stock at the courier warehouses deriving from the delivery impossibility to the delivery indicated by the customer, the purchase order will be automatically canceled. If the customer manifested the will to receive the goods again, the shipping costs (those of return due to stock and those of new shipment will be fully charged). Casabella Milan has the right to carry out the delivery of the products (also relating to the same order) in several successive deliveries. Conditions and special delivery terms must be previously agreed between the customer and Casabella Milan and accepted in writing by Casabella Milano.

Payment of products / bank transfer

Special offers and gifts

Product guarantees - Assistance
